🏗️ DAY 3 PROJECT UPDATE — ALMOST AT THE FINISH LINE! 🔥💪

Another productive day for H&C Concrete LLC!

We’re making incredible progress on this beautiful custom gable patio cover, and we’re getting closer to bringing this project to completion!

From the beautiful open-gable design and custom-wrapped columns to the finished ceiling, detailed trim work, and ceiling fans, every detail is coming together exactly how we envisioned it! 🔨🏡

✅ Day 3 Progress: The main structure, roofing, painting, ceiling, and trim work are looking great!

📅 What’s Coming Next?

🔹 Thursday: Install the remaining fixtures and accessories.

🔹 Friday: Concrete installation to complete the patio area.

🔹 Saturday: Install gutters and downspouts for the finishing touches.

Another productive day for H&C Concrete LLC! 💪

We’re only on our second day of this custom gable patio cover project, and the transformation is already looking incredible!

Our crew has been working hard, and today we made some serious progress:

✅ Roof framing and shingles installed

✅ Hardie board ceiling installation progressing

✅ Structural posts and beams in place

✅ Recessed lighting openings prepared

✅ Fascia and exterior trim work progressing

🔨 From an open backyard to a beautiful covered outdoor living space in just two days!

We’re not finished yet, but every day brings us one step closer to delivering another beautiful project for our customer.

Another productive day for H&C Concrete LLC!

We started this morning with an open backyard, and just a few hours later, our crew has made an incredible transformation! 👷‍♂️🔨

Today’s progress includes:

✅ Installation of structural posts and support beams

✅ Framing of the beautiful gable-style patio cover

✅ Roof framing and decking installation

✅ Underground electrical conduit preparation

✅ Foundation and post preparation

We are extremely proud of our hardworking crew for their dedication, teamwork, and the progress they accomplished in just one day!

We started this project today, and thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, everything is prepped and ready for tomorrow’s concrete pour! ✅

Our crew completed the groundwork, formwork, v***r barrier installation, and steel reinforcement, making sure every detail is properly prepared before pouring concrete.

Another Driveway Project Completed! ✅

Today our crew completed this beautiful driveway extension, giving the homeowner more usable space while creating a clean, smooth transition from the street all the way to the garage.

For this project, we focused on building it strong from the ground up:

• 3,500 PSI concrete
• 4-inch slab thickness
• #3 rebar spaced 12” on center
• Fiberglass reinforcement added to the concrete
• Proper rebar support and reinforcement throughout
• Clean forming and a professional finished surface

At H&C Concrete LLC, we believe the work underneath the concrete is just as important as the finish you see on top. Quality preparation, proper reinforcement, and attention to detail are what help create concrete work built to last.

Another project completed today by H & C Concrete LLC! ✅

This driveway extension made a huge difference in the appearance and functionality of this home—adding extra space and following the curves of the existing driveway for a clean finish.

For this project, we used:
✔️ 3,500 PSI concrete
✔️ A 4-inch-thick slab
✔️ Fiberglass reinforcement
✔️ #3 rebar spaced every 16 inches on center
