These events are so much more than a regular yoga class! It's an opportunity to help animals in need! Not only do 50% of the proceeds go to help animals with Linus's Legacy, but this is an opportunity for enrichment, spending time with these cats and kittens showing them that humans are a safe place ❤️

Fall Hatha Yoga Flow starts September 14! Take a little time for yourself to slow down, build strength, and find some ease as the season shifts.

We’ll focus on mindful, slow-paced movements designed to bring balance and flexibility to your practice at your own pace, meeting your body exactly where it is.

All levels welcome

Yoga... what is it, what does it mean, and why do we actually practice?

The translation of yoga is to yoke or to unite just like in this picture, where my hands are brought together, uniting opposing forces to create one.

The practice of yoga has the power to connect the mind, body, and spirit to bring in a more whole-hearted, embodied way of life. It’s about creating that deep internal bridge, tuning into the breath, and grounding right where you are.

And here’s the thing you need to know yoga is not just for flexible people, and it’s not just for hippies. Yoga is for everyone. It meets you right on your mat, exactly as you are.
