Progress continues at Gateway at Buckland in South Windsor, CT.

Foundation work is now underway on Building A, marking another milestone in Phase 2 of this new commercial and retail development along Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard.

This 9,560 SF retail building is one of three new ground-up structures being constructed as part of the next phase of the project. Sitework and structural progress continue as the development begins to take shape.

Proud to be part of a project that will bring new retail opportunities and future tenants to the South Windsor community.

Job complete at Greenfield Savings Bank in Easthampton, MA.

From the bright open atrium and collaborative office spaces to the finished exterior and drive-through, every detail was built to support the bank’s future growth and community presence.

It’s been a privilege partnering with NES Group and Greenfield Savings Bank to bring this vision to life.

Progress continues at 287 Washington St. in South Attleboro, MA as this full renovation project continues to take shape.

JLN Contracting is completing the core and shell renovation of two existing restaurant spaces, transforming them into future locations for Dave’s Hot Chicken and CAVA.

Current work includes exterior improvements and site enhancements as the project moves closer to completion.

We’re excited to help bring new dining options to the South Attleboro community and look forward to seeing these spaces come to life.

Final look at the new 20,000 SF AutoFair Ford Truck Center in Manchester, NH.

From early sitework and utility installation to final finishes and turnover, this project has officially come together into a fully completed facility built to support AutoFair Ford’s growing operations.

We’re proud to have partnered with AutoFair Ford in Manchester, Maine Metal Buildings, Inc., and Chief Industries, Inc. throughout this project and appreciate the collaboration that helped bring this new truck center to completion.

Sneak peek at the new Greenfield Savings Bank branch in Easthampton, MA.

Interior finishes are coming together across both levels, with lighting, glass railings, and final details starting to take shape. The open layout and natural light are beginning to define the space.

On the exterior, finishes and site work are progressing as this 5,553 SF, two-story ground-up build moves closer to completion. Each phase continues to bring the project one step closer to opening.

Proud to be working alongside NES Group and Greenfield Savings Bank as this project moves toward the finish line.

JLN Contracting has been awarded the Phase 2 building construction for Buckland Gateway I, LLC, consisting of three new 9,000+ SF retail buildings at their commercial development in South Windsor, CT.

Scope of work includes Phase 2 sitework and full construction of the new buildings located along Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard. Construction is anticipated to begin at the end of April pending permit approvals, with an estimated duration of approximately 10 months.

All three buildings will be constructed concurrently, staggered by 4-6 weeks, while work continues alongside the ongoing Phase I roadway infrastructure project currently underway.

This phase will introduce new locations for incoming tenants, further expanding the Gateway at Buckland development.

JLN has been awarded another new project in partnership with NES Group Group and Service Federal Credit Union in Concord, NH.

This project consists of a new 2,344 SF, single-story ground-up branch location featuring a drive-up lane.

We’re proud to continue our relationship with this client as this marks our fourth ground-up project together.

Construction is projected to begin in May 2026, and we look forward to bringing this new location to life for the Concord community.

Progress continues at AutoFair Honda in Manchester as the next phase of renovation work moves forward.

Interior demolition is actively underway, clearing the way for the next stage of showroom and service area improvements, while exterior canopy construction is progressing to further define the building’s updated entrance.

With both interior and exterior scopes advancing, this 17,200 SF phased renovation continues to take shape, and we’re proud to partner with AutoFair Honda throughout the transformation.
