Progress continues at Gateway at Buckland in South Windsor, CT.

This panoramic timelapse shows the site advancing through multiple stages of construction, from early sitework and underground infrastructure to roadway work, foundations, and structural steel.

Phase 1 roadway and infrastructure work continues alongside Phase 2 construction of the three retail buildings along Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard.

JLN is underway on a new project for Shippan Auto Body in Stamford, CT.

The new 9,000 SF facility will become the future home of Shippan Auto Body, with construction now progressing as the pre-engineered metal building begins to take shape.

We’re proud to be partnering with Shippan Auto Body Inc and Chief Buildings on this project and look forward to sharing more as construction moves forward.

AutoFair Honda in Manchester, NH is complete.

This 17,200 SF phased renovation transformed both the exterior and interior of the dealership, with updates throughout the showroom, service areas, customer spaces, and vehicle delivery areas.

From the expanded glass and updated exterior to the finished showroom, service drive, and interior customer experience, the completed facility reflects the full scope of work carried out throughout the project.

Proud to have partnered with AutoFair Honda on another successful project and to see the finished space in operation.

Progress continues at Service Credit Union in Concord, NH.

The new 2,344 SF, single-story branch is taking shape, with exterior work advancing and interior framing underway throughout the building.

This project will feature a drive-up lane and marks our fourth ground-up project with Service Credit Union.

Proud to continue working alongside NES Group as construction moves forward on this new Concord location.

Progress continues at the new Service Credit Union location in Concord, NH.

Following the start of footing work in our previous update, site work has continued to advance and framing is now underway on the new 2,344 SF, single-story ground-up branch.

With the structure beginning to take shape, crews are moving into the next stage of construction while work continues throughout the site.

We’re proud to continue working alongside NES Group and Service Credit Union as this project moves forward.

Progress continues across the Gateway at Buckland development in South Windsor, CT as the three new retail buildings continue to take shape.

Structural steel and exterior framing are advancing across the site, while foundation, utility, and site work continue to support the next stages of construction.

The overall development is becoming much more defined as work moves forward along Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard.

With multiple buildings progressing simultaneously, crews continue to push ahead on this major commercial and retail development.

Another Service Credit Union project is getting ready to break ground, this time in Rochester, NH.

JLN Contracting is proud to continue our work with Service Credit Union and NES Group on this new location, with construction expected to begin in the coming weeks.

We look forward to getting started and sharing progress as this project takes shape.

We’re proud to announce the completion of our renovation project at 287 Washington Street in South Attleboro, MA.

The existing commercial building was renovated to accommodate two new tenants, CAVA and Dave’s Hot Chicken, with extensive improvements made throughout the building and surrounding site to prepare the property for its next chapter.

From the exterior transformation to the work completed throughout the property, this project gave the existing space an entirely new purpose while preparing it for two new restaurant concepts.

We’re proud of the finished result and appreciate everyone involved in bringing this project across the finish line.

Construction is officially underway at Service Credit Union in Concord, NH.

Footing work has begun on this new 2,344 SF ground-up branch, marking the first major phase of construction as the project moves from planning into the field.
