Another Service Credit Union project is getting ready to break ground, this time in Rochester, NH.

JLN Contracting is proud to continue our work with Service Credit Union and NES Group on this new location, with construction expected to begin in the coming weeks.

We look forward to getting started and sharing progress as this project takes shape.

We’re proud to announce the completion of our renovation project at 287 Washington Street in South Attleboro, MA.

The existing commercial building was renovated to accommodate two new tenants, CAVA and Dave’s Hot Chicken, with extensive improvements made throughout the building and surrounding site to prepare the property for its next chapter.

From the exterior transformation to the work completed throughout the property, this project gave the existing space an entirely new purpose while preparing it for two new restaurant concepts.

We’re proud of the finished result and appreciate everyone involved in bringing this project across the finish line.

Construction is officially underway at Service Credit Union in Concord, NH.

Footing work has begun on this new 2,344 SF ground-up branch, marking the first major phase of construction as the project moves from planning into the field.

We're proud to continue partnering with NES Group and Service Credit Union as this project takes shape, and we look forward to sharing additional milestones throughout construction.

Another milestone reached at Gateway at Buckland in South Windsor, CT.

Structural steel is now being erected for Building A as foundation work progresses on Building B. With roadway infrastructure also advancing, the site continues to move forward toward the next phase of construction.

We're proud to be part of a project that will bring new commercial and retail opportunities to the South Windsor community, and we look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues.

Another successful project completed.

Swipe through to see the transformation of this former Boston Market into its new life as a modern Community Bank branch.

This adaptive reuse project included a complete interior renovation, exterior modernization, new site improvements, and a drive-thru, transforming an existing restaurant into a space built to serve the Springfield community for years to come.

We're proud to have partnered with Community Bank, N.A. and NES Group on another successful project and appreciate the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

JLN Contracting is proud to announce the completion of the third and final industrial building for National Breaker in Middlebury, CT.

With this milestone, we've now completed three ground-up buildings for National Breaker, helping support the company's continued growth and expansion.

We appreciate the continued trust from National Breaker and our partners at Chief Buildings and look forward to future opportunities to build together.

Progress continues at Gateway at Buckland in South Windsor, CT.

Foundation work is now underway on Building A, marking another milestone in Phase 2 of this new commercial and retail development along Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard.

This 9,560 SF retail building is one of three new ground-up structures being constructed as part of the next phase of the project. Sitework and structural progress continue as the development begins to take shape.

Proud to be part of a project that will bring new retail opportunities and future tenants to the South Windsor community.
