On Monday, we wrapped up this smaller Siding gig our customers had a bunch of faded Siding.
Access was minimal as this was on edge of a lake where access was limited it was all ladder work. It did get a little sketchy as we had nowhere Good to set up, so we did what we had to do to make our customers happy.
The lower part all the siding is tapcon installed as it was concrete walls. We used steel J channel to give it a little extra jazz and also for better water control. This customer came up with a few extra jobs while we were there and we were happy to take care of them fixed a couple snow stops repaired some other pieces of siding fixed up the boathouse a little bit we weren’t gonna leave until our customers were completely satisfied.

Here at Pertzborn Contracting LLC , we always aim to make our customers happy 😃 at the end of this week, We put in Anderson series 400 French style sliding door.. We were able to remove one entry door and one window creating a 10 foot opening.. we then removed the framing without damaging any interior drywall sliding in a double LVL 9 1/2 inch header. We also decided to add some exterior lighting for our customers and exterior outlet and also decided to re-insulate what we had open with new insulation. We brought the wiring up to code. All for the best interest of our customers feel free to reach out at any time. Call Jason at 715-741-9787.
