We see you, we hear you and are not ignoring you! Screaming at our staff I can tell you is not acceptable, our techs or our ladies in the office. This is not going to get you service any faster. Showing up to our office isn’t going to get you any faster service, and being a keyboard Karen isn’t going to get you faster service. When I tell you we are working tirelessly and endlessly WE ARE! If you are unhappy with us keep it to yourself you don’t have to bash us and I ask you to not bash us or tell us in a few days after this weather gives us all a break! We all can agree that this weather is something we haven’t seen in years!!!!!

We have a list and going one by one in our voicemails and emails. As you can tell we are backed up! Again our crew is working endlessly! We do appreciate your patience again please bare with us!

As you know a tornado just came through. Yes we have a generator and have power although we have tons of damage. The power isn’t our issue it’s ATT and Comcast lines that are the problem. We do have them forwarded to our cells. However please bare with us as we get this cleaned up. Feel free to leave us a message we will get back to you as we are still returning calls from the last storm last week! We appreciate everyone who has been patient and kind in this mess the Midwest is giving us.
