Need help working with adjusters on insurance claims??? You have come to the right place.

This home in Indiana was damaged in a storm due to a large tree branch falling on it. It was bad enough to go through the roof of the main structure and also damage the four seasons room that is attached.

We reframed the damaged rafters on the back porch, and installed new aluminum soffit and facia. We replaced damaged siding and painted the whole house to match. The customers were ready to change the color since we were painting the home anyways so they decided to go all black paint. There was also a damaged truss in the attic as the tree fell though the roof so we had to do a structural repair on that as well. The only thing left that the insurance covered is the roof, as the roofers will be over there ASAP to get it finished.

Overall, the customers were happy, and couldn’t believe how fast we were able to jump on this and get it done. Our customers are top priority!

Here’s a flooring jobs that we finished in Orland. We updated this room with some luxury vinyl plank and new trim. In the process we ran into a little mold and removed it, and treated the area for a fresh new healthy atmosphere. We also painted the trim and the ceiling and repaired some of the brick foe wall that had been partially removed.

Here’s another kitchen that we completed yesterday. Customer didn’t want to tear up the old kitchen since they like the countertops and backsplash so we were able to save them thousands of dollars by painting the cabinets, and replacing the doors/ drawer faces. We sanded the existing cabinets, filled in the imperfections and old hinge holes with heavy duty wood putty and applied 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of high quality cabinet paint. They also decided to change the style of handles as well.

This kitchen Remodel came out Great!

These wonderful clients had a plan and we brought it to life for them. We got rid of those old 80’s cabinets and replaced them with some brand new hickory oak cabinets. They also got beautiful Quartz countertops, a very classy stone backsplash with a pencil accent piece, crown moulding, new sink and new appliances!!!

We took the drive to Beecher to get this one done and I was honestly amazed by how friendly the neighborhood was.

Before and After! ✅

Ripped out this cracked tile and found some mold underneath from an old pipe that had previously been repaired. It was no problem for us!! We ripped out the rotted subfloor and laid down this beautiful vinyl plank. We also ended up having to change the shutoff valves under the sink. Job complete!!!

Bathroom Remodel Complete ✅

This one got a total makeover.
We moved the vent fan over to build the soffit for the built in over head shower fixture. We used an acrylic pan for the base and used some very dramatic 16”x48” tiles for the shower walls and vanity walls, and then the soffit got a neutral 12x12 white tile. We also installed a detachable shower head along with glass doors that open from the corner for entry. We replaced the toilet, and removed the knee wall where the previous glass door was located. We also replaced the cabinet with a modern navy blue cabinet with a marble top and brand new sconces to match the design. We finished it off with a grayish tan wood grain porcelain tile on the floor and a white tile trim along the wall. And can’t forget about the new toilet and towel bars.
The customer is happy and already has a whole list of projects for us in the future.

BEFORE & AFTER ✅
This basement drywall got covered with water when a customer had a plumbing malfunction. We tore the bad drywall out, let it dry, applied 2 coats of drywall mud, sanded, primed and painted. Another happy customer!!
