🤙🏽 STORM PREP🌀

Before conditions worsen, take a few minutes to prepare your home and A/C:

📸 Take pictures of your home and outdoor unit.
🌺 If you can, cool your home down a little ahead of the storm.
🌺 When it’s safe, move loose items and debris away from your outdoor unit.
⚡ If the power starts flickering, turn off your A/C at the thermostat. Only use the breaker if it’s safe and dry to reach.
🌧️ After the storm, wait until conditions are safe before checking your unit. If it was flooded or looks damaged, leave it off and contact an HVAC professional.

Please don’t go outside in dangerous weather to check your equipment, and never run an A/C that has been exposed to floodwater. Follow local officials’ instructions and stay safe.

Tomorrow, Friday, October 9, we’ll be operating with limited staff as some of our team prepare for evacuations and we prioritize keeping our office staff off the roads as conditions worsen. We’ll have technicians on call, but no technicians will be dispatched while the storm is active. After it passes, if roads are passable and it’s safe for our technicians to travel, we’ll do our best to reach as many customers as possible. Please leave us a message; response times may be delayed.

Sara, we appreciate you more than you know. You keep so much of our day-to-day operations running, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without your hard work, sacrifice, and loyalty. If you’ve called our office, chances are you’ve heard Brenna’s sweet, soft-spoken voice on the other end of the phone.

Yesterday was her birthday, and while we celebrated her here at the office, we wanted to make it social-media official too! Brenna brings such a kind, calm presence to our team, and we are truly grateful to have her as part of our Ohana.

Yesterday, we celebrated two incredible members of our Ohana Heating & Air Commercial team— Caleb Jordan and Drew Brant—for their 1-year work anniversaries!
