NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED APPOINTMENT SETTER
Grand Canyon Roofing Inc. is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team.
Experience is required. We need someone who already has experience with appointment setting, customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and working with a CRM system.
Responsibilities include:
* Sending appointment confirmation texts to customers
* Adding and managing appointments on our calendar
* Ordering Roofr reports for scheduled appointments
* Sending appointment reminders the day before
* Keeping our CRM updated and making sure leads, appointments, notes, and follow-ups are properly documented
* Staying on top of customer communication and scheduled follow-ups
* Keeping customer and appointment information organized
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, professional with customers, and comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple appointments.
