Kellar Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead!
Are you an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to run a job, and can lead a crew to get the job done right? We want to hear from you!
🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience
✅ Ability to lead a team and manage installation projects
✅ Experience with residential HVAC changeouts and equipment replacements
✅ Experience with residential new construction HVAC installations, including ductwork
✅ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
💪 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Lead installation crews on residential changeouts and replacement projects
• Oversee new construction HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install and supervise ductwork, equipment, and related components
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
• Help keep jobs organized, on schedule, and completed correctly
