Here is the reason you need to use a primer before gluing pvc. Without etching of the pvc, the glue will not adhere properly and will breakdown, allowing liquid and sewer gas to exit the system over time. In this case, multiple joints were able to be separated by hand because the system was not properly installed.

Here is a stool fl**ge replacement on a slab foundation. Once the repair was made and the new concrete set up, H&M Plumbing returned to anchor the stainless steel fl**ge to the floor and a new water line was ran from the main water supply.

Over time, untreated water can lead to significant water pressure issues in your home. The impurities in the water will line your water lines just like grease to an artery. If your water is left untreated long enough, the only solution may be to replace the water lines throughout your home. Preventative solutions such as a water softener or an iron filter will greatly reduce any buildup in your system.

A five gallon bucket IS NOT adequate for a long term solution to a sump pump pit. This customer was having issues with their pump constantly cycling on and off. If this issue was not addressed, the sump pump would have eventually seized up, causing the crawlspace to flood and causing costly repairs.
