5P Contract Services has been performing new construction ,remodels ,site evaluation ,skid steer work, all forms of interior finish work, flooring, roofing, and demo.
When we can, we try to refer what we believe as value a referral of any trade and do not try to broker that trade. Everything we perform we have personally installed or performed under our belt. We have a combined experience of over 60 years in all of our installations. With a 97 % approval of our products we are not perfect, but we’re human, we deal with imperfect products, imperfect schedule patterns, weather and people. Still returning to installations well over warranty to insure good faith and reassurance.
I can assure you, there are few in the industry and definitely in our region that are as passionate as we are in community preservation. I don’t have to be your contractor, but I can guarantee , you have used either one of my trades or processes, referrals, or indirect advice through our trades.
