It was incorporated over 65 years ago, by James Scotti, as a Masonry and General Contracting construction company. It is a well-known and respected name in the Rhode Island masonry and construction industry. In the early 1990's, James was retired by his son Lou Scotti, who continued his father's legacy with unmatched craftsmanship for all phases of construction. His son, Marco, also shares his workmanship and works alongside of him. Hundreds of residential homes and commercial properties have either been built from just an idea, or completely renovated and/or restored. Lou takes pride in all of his projects, and his passion to bring life to everything that he is involved with is showcased with his finished work - as taught by his father. His honesty and reliability have afforded him an exceptional reputation - and lead to him being recognized as a top 3 finalist in the 2022 Providence Journal Reader's Choice in the Home Repair / Remodeling Company category.
