I'm pretty confident that these will be the only ones ever available at the farm stand. Very limited availability, although they are very good. At least I learned to make homemade pie and maybe slices or whole pies will be available during the holidays 😉

I got these little hand pie molds and have been working on recipes and the tedious messiness of making them. In a rush, I did forget the egg wash on our Apple pies but they were still really good, even if they weren't golden 🍎

🐥 New Chick day came a day earlier than expected.
We were short a couple, from trying to identify, it was the fancy silly looking ones I really wanted 😔 but we got back to having some fun and pretty ones we wanted, and not just production layers. Hopefully by spring we'll have some more dark eggs from the 4 different kinds of Marans and Wellsummers we got 🤞🏻
We for sure got 4 polish (2 different color) in our rare assortment, a frizzle, and lots of other little feather feet.

Something really REALLY special and delicious just went down to the farm stand for the first time ever.....
🤎 Homemade Cajeta (Caramel Sauce) Slow cooked for over an hour, made with real vanilla bean and our own goat milk. Only 3 jars available this batch. If you hurry, it's still warm 🤤 Perfect timing for your fall apples, or anytime over ice cream. Two $10 & 1 $5 jars.

Fun fact: years ago, before we even knew we would end up living in SC, Ewe on the Farm, LLC taught me how to milk goats and sheep. You could say she's to blame for most everything I've done since then lol, but that's not a bad thing, unless you ask my husband 😉
