We all face struggles.

Like any good book or movie, there's conflict before there's resolution. Like a woman in labor, there's pain before there's new life.
Like a prisoner, there's the angst of captivity before there's the relief of freedom.
Like any real farmer knows, there's dirt and sweat before there's any kind of harvest.
We don't always get to choose the environment in which we sow seeds… But regardless, we keep Sowing!!!

Set the standard for who gets access to your energy.

Never forget
How far you have come.
Everything you have gotten through…
All the times you have pushed on (even when you felt you couldn't. )
All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was.
All the times you wanted to give up but you got through another day.
Never forget how much strength you have learned and developed along the way.
