Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers out there.

The older I get, the more I realize how much of life and success is built on the quiet strength, sacrifice, and resilience of mothers, wives, and grandmothers.

Today I’m especially grateful for my mother, still going strong at 93, and for Ivette, whose support and strength have helped hold our family together through every challenge along the way.

To all the moms balancing family, careers, leadership, and life — thank you, and Happy Mother’s Day.

We are hiring a Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent/Project Manager
for US Roofing Systems.

This is a field leadership role for someone who knows how to run work, lead crews, and deliver results. Not babysit jobs.

Travel (nationwide)

We’re a national commercial roofing contractor working across 40+ states—re-roofs, new construction, emergency response, and complex projects. We’re growing fast and need strong operators in the field.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running commercial roofing projects (re-roof & new construction)
- Managing crews, subs, and site logistics
- Driving schedule, production, and quality
- Enforcing safety standards—non-negotiable
- Working directly with PMs, clients, and vendors
- Owning the job from mobilization to closeout

What I’m looking for:
- 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, modified, coatings)
- Proven ability to run multiple crews and keep jobs on track
- Willing to travel and stay mobile
- Leadership mindset—takes ownership, solves problems, gets it done
- OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)

Compensation:
$90,000 – $100,000 base salary.

-Generous Vehicle allowance or Company Vehicle Provided
- Per diem paid.

Incentives:

Production Bonuses– hit schedules, drive output
Profitability Bonuses– run clean, efficient jobs
Safety Bonuses– zero incidents, disciplined sites

If you perform, you will make more. Simple.
