Customer & Marketing Support (TRAINING PROVIDED)
Salary: $45,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Total Year 1 compensation of $60,000 is attainable if you simply follow our “formula for success” which requires disciplined, daily, above-and-beyond action.
Job type: Full-time; work hours will be 8am to 5pm. However, we understand that you may have other demands and will extend flexibility when life presents challenges and/or emergencies. You cannot be your best for us and our clients, if we are unable to wholistically support you - especially in times of need.
Location: 8 West Southern Avenue, Covington, KY (office-based with no on-the-roof job responsibilities)
Customer Support (75% of role)
Summary: he/she will be responsible for working with our sales function on client acquisition and ensuring the best client experience before, during, and after jobs are completed. This includes increasing sales, generating leads, and following up on leads. We believe that demonstrating care, professional conduct, and providing comprehensive education compels our clients to choose to do business with our team – not pushy, disrespectful, or inconsiderate sales tactics. Therefore, please do not allow the word “sales” to create any anxiety or unrest in your mind. At a foundational level, our company exists to serve the needs of property owners. Sales is merely the function in which our team asks the right questions to learn the prospective client’s needs and objectives, physically assess the condition of his/her commercial and/or residential properties, professionally present solutions thereafter, and tenderly court our client through their journey of our service delivery.
Job Duties:
1. Care for prospective clients and existing clients. Care. And care some more. Walk and talk and think with this central theme in your mind, “Let us treat others as we would want to be treated.” We strive to always put ourselves in their shoes and acknowledge that property repairs and/or renovations are high-consideration and often high-ticket purchases. As a team, we want to give our clients a phenomenal experience.
2. Increases sales by developing construction and product knowledge and explaining proposals to clients through phone calls or via virtual presentations (i.e. ZOOM). Yes, there is a lot to learn! We commit to being patient and providing all of the required resources and time for you to learn and continue learning. We also acknowledge that as you become more valuable to our company and our clients, then your compensation should also increase. Woohoo!
3. Alongside our team, create an environment which allows us to close as many deals as possible with integrity. Consistent communication with any prospective client is critical.
4. Coordinate communication - answering calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
5. Maintain a database of all leads/opportunities.
6. Schedule initial appointments between the client and Project Manager.
7. Assist other team members while they are in the field.
8. Help clients with a myriad of questions and concerns.
Marketing Support (25% of role)
Summary: he/she will be responsible for creating attention through outside activities to help maximize sales team leads and closing chances. You will mainly create momentum through social media platforms and other opportunities.
Job Duties:
1. Create social media content and posts.
2. Communicates and brainstorms target clients and messages.
3. Meet homeowners to help create promoters.
4. Enhance the company’s brand/reputation in the public’s eye.
5. Build referral relationships with insurance agents and realtors.
