September is when Premium Plan properties shift from weekly to biweekly service as the growing season slows. Ultimate Plan properties keep the same weekly schedule straight through winter.

Either way, a structured maintenance plan means the property stays client-ready without anyone having to chase a crew.

ProScapes provides commercial grounds maintenance across Covington and nearby communities, with plans built around Georgia's actual growing season.

Sometimes your property doesn’t need a complete redesign—it needs the right finishing touches.

This fall, ProScapes can enhance your landscape with details like:

🪨 Rock bed refreshes
🧱 Cobblestone borders
🌳 Defined tree rings
🌿 Decorative landscape edging

These small details can make a big visual difference, especially as properties transition into the holiday season.

Available to current maintenance clients and for qualifying larger residential and commercial enhancement projects.

September is a good time to refresh landscape beds before the season shifts. Faded mulch, worn edging, and tired plantings stand out more once summer color starts to fade.

Landscape enhancements give beds a cleaner, more finished look heading into fall and winter.

ProScapes helps Covington homeowners refresh landscape beds and enhancements before the season changes.

🌸 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘄

A great fall landscape doesn’t happen by accident. Installing cool-season color early gives plants time to establish before the heart of the season.

Think:
🌸 Pansies
🌿 Ornamental Kale
🌺 Snapdragons
🍂 Professionally designed seasonal beds

From residential landscapes to commercial entrances, seasonal color adds the finishing touch that signals to visitors your property is well cared for.

Fall seasonal color is available as an add-on for current maintenance clients and for qualifying larger standalone installations.

Best of Georgia recognition does not happen without homeowners and property managers willing to vouch for us.

Twenty-five years in, that trust still means everything to our team.

September's cooler temperatures and still-warm soil make it one of the best windows to plant around Covington. Roots establish through fall and winter with far less stress than a summer planting.

New sod, planted beds, and landscape installations settle in easier this time of year, before next year's growing season begins.

ProScapes helps Covington homeowners install sod, beds, and landscape features built to establish through fall.
