The cold weather months have finally made it to the tri state area and landscaping and mowing have been put on the shelf until March and April. Construction site clean up and removal. No item is to big, we can move it and haul it. Attic clean outs and basement and garage clean outs. We will inspect the interior framing and plywood for roof rot and leaks while in the attic. Inspect for critters. Set traps for critters and remove to a natural habitat.install up to date attic stairs. Build shelving in garage, shed, or house for organizing. Gutter cleaning and downspout routing away from house. One of the major problems that we find in houses is water damage that could have been detected early and could have prevented a major repair.. Rather it be a crack in the basement floor or foundation wall, to a roof leak the goes undetected for years and is leaking inside the wall only when there are heavy rains. Then turns the wood moldy and soft causing other structurally sound areas of the home to sag or fail over time.
Maintaining a home is a lot of work and if it's not done correctly or at all then it becomes a big repair job that has urgency, that was unexpected, and without the funds at hand becomes a horrible experience. If the time it takes to complete the job exceed the estimated time due to circumstances that are not caused by us or are unforseen then I will discuss this with the homeowner and talk about what the next steps would be to finish the job with compromising efforts and rates. If we finish before the time estimated to complete the job you are only charged for that amount of time. This is the most fair way that I have experienced in all the years of being in business. We are mechanically inclined as well.We can fix and winterize any and all riding and walk behind lawnmowers, chainsaws, w**d eaters, hand held and backpack blowers, tillers, edgers, pressure washers, and other gas powered tools that are in your garage. We maintain landscaping gas powered tools on a regular basis and are very experienced in that field. I will guarantee our work and shoot you straight on the diagnostic of the problem for any repairs. We can work on major appliances, Washers, dryers, dishwashers, disposals, pumps, some furnace and AC unit repairs. We also work on cars and trucks and do the maintenance to all the vehicles in our fleet. We have diagnostic tools to hook to the computer of your vehicle to diagnose the problem as well as the knowledge of the working parts that cause the reason for failure. We can pick up landscape equipment mowers blowers w**d eaters chainsaws etc etc and drop them off upon completion if you don't have a way of doing it yourself.
