💧 Is Your Tap Water Looking Like This?

The first photo was taken before treatment. The second photo shows the same bucket after filtration.

Not all public water systems are the same. Water quality can vary depending on your utility, aging infrastructure, seasonal conditions, water main breaks, or increased demand. Even treated municipal water can sometimes contain sediment, discoloration, unpleasant tastes, or odors.

You deserve clean, clear water every time you turn on the faucet.

At Water Works Pump & Well, Inc., we offer customized water treatment solutions for both city water and private well systems, including:

✅ Whole-home sediment filtration
✅ Carbon filtration for taste & odor
✅ Iron and manganese removal
✅ Water softeners
✅ Reverse osmosis drinking water systems
✅ UV purification systems to provide an added layer of protection against bacteria and microorganisms—even during boil water advisories.

If you're tired of brown, cloudy, or bad-tasting water, let us test your water and recommend the right solution for your home.

📍 Serving Southeast Louisiana & the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1981.

❄️ FREEZE WARNING – PLEASE READ ❄️

From Water Works Pump & Well, Inc.
With the upcoming freeze, we want to help our customers prevent damage before problems start.

Please take the following steps now:
Insulate all exposed pipes and hose bibs
Exterior walls, crawlspaces, garages, and well houses are common failure points.

Run water more than just a trickle
Well systems do not behave like city water. A steady, small stream is far more effective than a drip.

Enclose your system if possible
If you can safely add heat:
Heat lamps or small space heaters can help
Keep them clear of pipes, plastic, insulation, and wiring
Fire safety comes first — nothing should be touching or melting

Pay special attention to ¼” tubing
This is typically the first line to freeze and often causes repeat freeze-ups.

📞 If You Need Us

Please understand:
Call volume will be very high
Road conditions may delay response times
We ask that you call only if service is truly needed

👉 Frozen pipes alone often just need time to thaw.
We cannot make repeated trips to thaw the same frozen line multiple times in one day if it continues to refreeze.

If you believe there is damage or a system-related issue, call Water Works Pump & Well, Inc.
