A HUGE Thank you to Quint Creative Signs, for the amazing new graphics on our new fleet. They worked around a crazy schedule with our vehicles coming in and out of their shop. We couldn't be happier. They look amazing! Keep an eye out for our new fleet on the roads in Miami, Shelby, Montgomery, and Darke Counties.

Good morning everyone! With the cost of everything being in a state of constant flux, we are now offering a 2 year price guarantee that keeps the cost of our services locked in for a full 2 years of service with a signed agreement.

What does that mean for you as a customer?

This opportunity means that with a signed two year service agreement, you are guaranteed that no matter the increase in product cost to us, there will be no increase in service cost to you.

Some of you may have already seen these agreements in your email. These are being sent to all General pest quarterly, and general pest monthly customers. This two year guarantee is also being offered to new customers.

If you are an active customer who is already in a signed agreement, this new agreement replaces the current agreement and begins at the date of signing. You do not have to wait until the current agreement has expired to take advantage of this amazing opportunity.

Just a reminder to all of our friends out there. With the rise of A.I. use, it is important to remember that sometimes it isn't always the ultimate answer. A short time ago we received a call from one of our loyal customers with concerns of carpet beetles. They had found a bug in their home, and had concerns of it possibly being a bedbug. After performing an A.I. image search multiple times, the results came back as carpet beetles. After arriving and checking with my own eyes, it was easily identified as a dog tick(minus its head). There is a very distinguishable difference between a dog tick, and a carpet beetle. Sometimes the difference between, training, knowledge, and experience compared to technology can still be vastly different. Trust your pros, trust the experience, trust the training. We are always here to help.
