Most fence companies looked at this project and said one thing:
"You're going to need wrought iron."

And that's the problem. Wrought iron looks beautiful...
Right up until the maintenance part starts because it's begun to rust. Then you're out there all day on your day off with a wire brush, priming, painting, rust stains running down the brick that you can't seem to remove, and eventually you have to pay a pressure washing company to come get rid of those ugly orange streaks without damaging the brick.
