Rickey Ethridge joins TUC as Director of Operations, while Gillian Grahn steps into her new role as Resource Coordinator.

Both Rickey and Gillian bring valuable experience and an established understanding of Tempest operations into their new positions. Together, they’ll help support our people, coordinate resources, strengthen day-to-day operations, and keep our teams positioned for success in the field.
