What do you get when you have a single story home with water lines above you and you want can lights?
Lots of access holes to drill into the rafters.

Luckily even though we do not patch Sheetrock, we can and will put the Sheetrock back in place so all you need to focus on, is bringing in a finisher.

I get an electrical emergency call in Covington GA months back….

“My house smells like electrical burning, can you look at it?” This is what I discovered.

What caused it? Space heaters. They’re the bane of my existence, I’ve replaced countless outlets, breakers, and wiring over the years because space heaters cause nothing but issues, they consume an insane amount of energy and heat up the cheap outlets installed in your home until they give up.

Breakers the same way, they trip and reset enough they will fail.

This was an RV converter that the customer thought needed to be replaced.

What happened was the batteries were initially hooked up backwards, and that caused the reverse polarity fuses to blow out.

The fuse blew out on the converter as well, which is technically “non serviceable”, however with a quick fix by installing a replaceable fuse, it was back in service.
