We were out until 2:30 AM in the pouring rain to get this family’s power restored. Our team worked diligently alongside the power company to get the issue resolved as quickly and safely as possible.

A tree had fallen on the power lines, ripping the service conductors from the home. We had to replace the riser, service conductors, and point of attachment to safely restore power.

Even with the rain pouring down and exhaustion setting in, this is why we do what we do. Our mission is simple: to leave every home safer than we found it and to get the lights back on when families need us most.

We also want to give a huge shout out to Newton Electric Supply. Time and time again, they come through for us when emergency materials are needed. In our opinion, there isn’t a better supply house around. We are thankful for their support!
