Wrapped up a great job yesterday—called in to completely rewire a bathroom and laundry room and bring everything up to current code.

Installed new dedicated circuits, updated all wiring, added proper GFCI and AFCI protection where required, and replaced devices and plates for a clean, updated look. Made sure everything was safe, functional, and ready for years of use.

💡 Ever notice your lights dim when your boiler kicks on? That was happening in my customers rental property, and after some digging, I found a failing main breaker in this old Challenger panel ⚡.

I’ve put in a temporary breaker to keep things running safely, but I’ll be back soon to replace the entire panel and fix the issue for good.

✅ Pro tip: If you notice dimming lights or flickering when big appliances start, don’t ignore it—it could be your main breaker.
