QSL was warned. The hazards keep repeating. Workers are paying the ultimate price.

Separate OSHA records involving QSL operations in Chicago and New Orleans document delayed reporting, missing information and serious equipment hazards—including a badly damaged forklift that had not been taken out of service.

In the investigation of Darius Clement’s disappearance, OSHA was not notified for more than three weeks. QSL said it would provide key training records and worksite photos, but OSHA reported that it had not received those materials when its investigative narrative was completed. Requested Harbor Police video was also not provided, and cameras covering the immediate work area were not functioning.

These findings cannot be treated as isolated incidents. Local 150 is calling on QSL to correct known hazards across its operations, cooperate fully with safety investigations, and respect workers’ rights.

On Saturday, Local 150 and the MOE Benefit Fund Office celebrated the grand opening of the newest Local 150 Health Center in Rock Island, Illinois!

Operated by Premise Health and located in the newly built District 8 Hall, the MCL-Rock Island location provides the convenient, high-quality care Local 150 members and their families have come to expect.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this exciting milestone. We look forward to serving members and families throughout the Quad Cities region for years to come!

QSL America is showing exactly what anti-worker and anti-American behavior looks like.

For 16 months, workers have been on strike fighting for what every worker in this country deserves: safe working conditions, dignity, respect, and basic workers’ rights. Instead of doing right by the people who keep the supply chain moving, QSL has chosen to mistreat workers and ignore the dangerous conditions they are speaking out against.

Now we are taking that message to Shinsho American Corp.

Shinsho’s steel coils are unloaded by QSL. Those coils move through the auto supply chain. These companies cannot look the other way while workers are forced to fight month after month for safety and respect.

We have not forgotten the steel coil drop. Unsafe work conditions are not just a labor issue — they are a public safety issue.

Any company benefiting from this supply chain should be demanding answers from QSL. They should be asking why workers have been on strike for 16 months, why safety concerns remain unresolved, and why dignity and respect are still being denied.

QSL must stop hiding behind the supply chain and start taking responsibility.

Workers built this country. Workers keep these companies running. And workers will not be ignored.
