Homeowner needed a more accessible shower to replace the existing tub. Scott’s Plumbing handled the demo, new shower insert, custom grab bars, and folding bench. I came in to patch and finish the walls, then installed new flooring and base to finish out the remodel.

Another bathroom transformation in the books! 🔧🚿

We removed the old tub/shower setup and converted it into a much cleaner, more accessible walk-in shower. Really happy with how this one came together!

Big thanks to Mitchell Cox Construction for helping us out with all the finish work and the new flooring. Always nice working together and getting our customers a clean finished product. 🤝

Another exterior repair and paint project complete!

We replaced a few sheets of damaged siding, replaced all of the front trim, fixed the gutters and downspouts, and finished it off with a fresh coat of paint.

Before ➡️ After

When I arrived, there were already 2–3 inches of standing water on the floor, and the toilet was still leaking due to a clogged septic system. My first priority was shutting off the water and removing the damaged materials to keep the water from spreading any further.

The first photo is the very first picture I took on this job. The second is the last—just a few days later.

Started spraying at 6am to beat the heat on this south facing home. Then spent the day chasing the shade to get the body finished up. Rolled the trim out the next day, and called it macaroni!

Project Progress

New fascia installed, new house wrap and properly integrated flashing added where none previously existed behind this section of the garage trim and siding.

We also replaced the original trim due to dry rot. To maintain the home’s original character and achieve a cleaner finished appearance, we used vintage trim and ripped a 1x to match the existing profile rather than using siding.

Next up: caulking, prep, and paint.
