Before hiring a company, ask a few important questions:
✅ Are you using blue-tag certified grass seed or cheap seed full of weeds and fillers?
✅ How many pounds of seed are you applying per 1,000 sq. ft.?
✅ Are you aerating the entire lawn thoroughly or just making a quick pass?
✅ Is fertilizer included to help establish new grass?
