Just because you don’t see signs of water, doesn’t mean your old windows aren’t causing damage! Here are a few screws almost completely rusted out as well as rotted wood. We were able to clean this up and install the new windows with better water deterrent methods. Don’t push off replacing your old windows too long, if you feel a draft and have to put plastic over them in the winter chances are there is continued damage occurring!

How you know your framing tape is still good after your picture frame cut. Hear the snap of the material as each piece is lifted off, this confirms that the deck board wasn’t cut all the way through which means the tape wasn’t effected.

This customer is trying to save their framing on their deck refinish. We take the time to carefully remove every screw to prevent any unnecessary splitting in the deck framing! During the estimating process we provide an option to reframe so if we discover the framing can not be saved the customer already knows the added cost. More to come!

Ran into a little water damage on this one. We were able to remove the damaged pieces and replace some insulation that had been effected by the water intrusion. With some flashing tape, house wrap and sealant, the new window is installed with house wrap, tape and sealant to prevent future issues!
