Crafted to Last. Designed to Be Unforgettable. 💎

Open layouts and generous natural light defined this home from the moment we stepped inside. We answered with rich, custom-colored European White Oak in wide 7.5” planks, hand-scraped with a light wire brushing to add warmth and texture across every room. Each plank was hand-fitted and finished to let the space feel as grounded as it is expansive.

A true collaboration with KRS Development, Inc., Jennifer Bevan Interiors and Eric Aust, where every detail was designed to work together.

Everyone’s talking about FALL and
we are still talking about FALL-ing into the pool.
Our project is exactly where we’d like to make that splash. 💦 Recently photographed one year after install so that mother nature could do her thing.. 🌱 🌳 swipe on through to see her in all her glory. Eric Olsen cedarsociety KRS Development, Inc. and captured by Charlotte Lea Bailey

Not all spec homes are created equal. Built with the same level of quality and integrity our end user homes receive. The thought process, the design details, and the fit and finish are what make our homes live and last. Quality you can see and feel. There is a difference. One of our builds that I don’t think I’ve posted enough of. This Dover Shores home was featured in Architectural Digest Magazine and has the most charming interior detailing, colors, and furnishings. Sometimes it’s fun to get out of that comfortable color palette and let your home show some personality.
