One of the highlights of this project is that it involved a repeat client. As a relationship-focused builder, we take great pleasure in assisting a client multiple times to bring their visions to life. At St. Barbara Catholic School, we have had the opportunity to renovate the school on two occasions. In this latest phase, phase 2, we successfully added a soccer field, basketball courts, a shaded lunch area, and a play structure.

Every year, our team volunteers at Mae House, dedicating an afternoon to assist the women there in preparing for Christmas. The team truly enjoys interacting with the women of Mae House and helping them embrace the festive spirit.

For those who may not be familiar, Mae House is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization founded by our company’s founders, Liz and Ed Slater. The mission of Mae House is to promote a fulfilling and abundant life for adults with developmental disabilities within a nurturing and supportive residential community and home.

Our partnership with our subcontractors is one we value above most. That’s why each year; we host an appreciation event to say thank you to the hardworking teams who help bring our projects to life. This year, we headed to Top Golf for a well-deserved break, some friendly competition, and most importantly, a chance to show our sincere appreciation.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of our Ascension Cemetery expansion project in , for the . This impressive project features a 5,834-square-foot maintenance building and a 1,860-square-foot equipment building. The addition of family estates and two octagonal pedestals with niches.

Infrastructure upgrades include the installation of a 3,000-gallon fuel tank, an extended roadway for better access, and 1,800 linear feet of underground fire water lines to bolster safety measures. To ensure effective drainage, 780 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe were laid. Finally, a 2,000-gallon sewage containment tank was installed to serve as a natural habitat replacement for a former creek.

This expansion not only enhances the cemetery’s functionality but also ensures it meets the evolving needs of the community.
