Good afternoon, everyone!

Water and ice are back up and running!

The weather is supposed to be cold again over the next few nights, we have a partial bin of ice and won’t produce more until the next few nights pass, business is usually slower this time of year so if you need ice I don’t think you’ll have any trouble getting what you need.

I would like to thank every one of you for your business and we appreciate your patience.

Ice Machine update!

We are continuing to make repairs of both ice & water.

We found bad control board that has the filtered water shut down, water will likely be down several days, as soon as we receive the replacement and make the repair we will post it here.

Ice Machine update!
We have had ice production shut down due to the weather that we have had. Regardless of shutdown, we usually have some issues after such severe cold when trying to start back up, we are working through those now.

Filtered water- is currently down, we are in the process of diagnosing this issue as well, we will post here when we know more. Water is currently down and not working.

Hey folks, we had a couple of messages saying that the water at the machine wasn’t working.

The water is now working!

The temperatures are going to dip again, so ice will be limited.

Also, someone forgot their blue 5 gallon water bottle at the machine, we left it there in case the owner saw this message and wanted to go pick it up.

Good morning

We are at that time of year where very cold weather affects the ice machine, when cold snaps happen we will be shutting the ice vending down. Frozen solid ice has to be melted and new loose ice produced, this process takes days, and if there is only a short warm up in weather, it does not give us time to empty and replenish, so, ice production could be shut down for extended periods, to keep the machine in good running order and avoid costly damage that would shut the machine down for an even longer period, these are the steps we have to take, we are sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience during these times, thank you to all of our customers.

Water will be operational, because we can keep heat in that part of the machine.

Ice is down folks, we woke up this morning to a completely empty machine, not sure what the problem is yet, it could be down for a while.

Water is still available as far as I know at the moment.
