33 years ago Lori & I bought 82 acres in the hopes that a rural lifestyle would instill a valuable work ethic in our ten children. It worked. In fact, it changed all of us! Less than a decade later I closed my ad agency, laced up my work boots, and started Bailey Construction Company. My primary motivation for this career change was clear and simple - “work with your kids EVERYDAY “. That experience was AMAZING! Now, 25 years later, I have the incredible blessing of working with my grandchildren on actual work sites. Jimmy is 12 and Tina is 14. And I am a proud grandfather. (OMB & Lori have 25 grandchildren and counting.)
