Sometimes, the right tile can bring a whole space together!

This customer was ready to say goodbye to their carpeted bathroom floor and hello to something fresh, durable, and beautiful.

We had fun with this patterned tile, which complements the original yellow countertops and gives the bathroom a refreshed look while keeping some of its original character.

At Black Diamond Tile, we love helping homeowners find ways to update their spaces while making the most of the features they already love. As a local, family-owned business, we take pride in the details that make each project feel just right.

Honoring the lives lost. We will never forget. 🖤🤍🖤🤍

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders and everyday citizens who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We are honored to join the Corvallis Fire Department in their September 11 remembrance display today. We thank our partners at CFD for creating this meaningful tribute and for inviting us to stand alongside them as we remember those who lost their lives and honor all who answered the call to serve.

We will never forget.

Did you know we also tile outdoor spaces?

Outdoor areas are often overlooked when it comes to home improvements, but the right tile can completely change how you use and enjoy a space.

This customer’s previous porch had some unfortunate rot and was ready for an update. We helped transform it into a space that is not only more attractive, but also safer and more functional.

They chose an anti-slip tile to provide better traction during Oregon’s wet, rainy days. We installed a Schluter stair tread with the tile for an added layer of safety, then finished the edges of the porch and even the post with matching Schluter-RONDEC trim. (Did you notice the post was tiled too?)

And a porch is just one option! Tile can be used in so many outdoor spaces, including:

• Covered porches and entryways
• Patios and outdoor living areas
• Steps and stairways
• Outdoor kitchens
• Pool and spa areas
• Walkways and transitions
• Around fire pits and entertaining spaces

With the right tile, an outdoor space can be designed to be both beautiful and durable.

The goal isn't just to make your space look better — it's about creating an area that works better for you, feels safer, and gives you more enjoyment from your home.

There’s still time to get outdoor tile work scheduled before the weather turns too cold. If you have an outdoor space that could use an update, give us a call. We’d love to help you explore what’s possible!

It’s almost fireplace season in Oregon—which means cozy nights, soft blankets, and warm drinks are just around the corner.

This customer was ready to give their fireplaces an upgrade, moving away from the original builder-grade look and creating something that felt much more custom and suited to their style.

They chose a beautiful lantern-style tile in soft, neutral tones that complements the surrounding spaces beautifully. Sometimes, a relatively small upgrade can make a big impact on the feel of your home.

We loved helping this customer bring their vision to life and create fireplaces they’ll enjoy all season long.

We really enjoyed helping this customer bring their primary bathroom into the current decade! What was once an old fiberglass shower is now a beautiful, custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The textured tile really makes this shower shine, while the custom shaving ledge, custom double niches, and custom tile-in drain grate add both style and functionality. It’s the little details that help turn a standard shower into a space that feels thoughtfully designed just for you.
