Process - Give us a call and get set up in our system to get scheduled for your work or estimate! Estimates - Estimates are free within the city limits of Corvallis, Albany & Philomath. Outside of these areas we charge a $60.00 fee that is billed once you receive an estimate. The fee will be "refunded" as part of a final invoice on the approved & completed estimate. Labor Rates:
- Standard is

$72.00 per man hour.
- Military, veteran & senior is $60.00 per man hour.
- Welding services is $85.00 per man hour. Home Lock Changes:
- Basic Lock change includes up to the first 4 lock cylinders & 4 keys $70.00
- Mastering lock change includes up to the first 4 lock cylinders, 1 master key (unless provided) & 4 "tenant" keys. $80.00
- Extra lock cylinders (after the first 4) $10.00 each.
- Key copies $1.00 each if dropped at the shop, $5.00 each if we need to pick them up. Automotive Lockouts:
- $85.00 to unlock the vehicle. License/ID & registration of ownership required.
