Great evening at the South Texas ASHRAE Chapter meeting!
Our own Marco Esquivel had the opportunity to join an outstanding panel alongside Ralph Pitzer with GPM Engineering, Aaron Martinez with Malek Inc. , and Patrick Brown with Perry Mechanical to present "Optimizing Project Coordination Between Trades — From Design Through TAB."
The discussion walked through where coordination between trades tends to break down, and more importantly, how teams can close those gaps from design all the way through TAB, startup, and commissioning. Sharing real-world lessons learned across engineering, mechanical, and balancing perspectives is exactly how we all raise the bar on project outcomes and deliver buildings that actually perform as designed.
