We're loving the direction large-format porcelain is taking, and Anatolia's Majesto collection is a beautiful example of why.

Inspired by everything from richly veined marble and quartzite to soft limestone and travertine, the collection brings some incredible depth, movement and color to porcelain surfaces.

What makes it especially exciting is the range of formats. Beyond traditional tile, larger panels and slabs open up possibilities for expansive shower walls, statement features and beautifully coordinated surfaces with fewer grout joints.

And with Anatolia's Colorsync technology, the body of the porcelain is designed to complement the surface, creating a more refined appearance at exposed edges and fabricated details.

It's a beautiful way to bring the character of natural stone into spaces where porcelain makes sense.

A study in warmth, movement and contrast.

Dramatic natural stone paired with handmade zellige, pale oak flooring, richly stained cabinetry and aged brass.
What makes a material palette interesting isn't making everything match. It's finding the common thread between materials that each bring something different to the room.

Here, the warm undertones connect each selection, while changes in scale, texture, pattern and depth keep the palette from feeling one-note.

Materials make the room.

There’s something about natural limestone that manufactured materials simply can’t quite replicate - the subtle variation, softened edges, texture and imperfections that make every piece a little different.

From large-format floors to tumbled pavers and smaller patterned applications, limestone can feel refined, rustic, contemporary or completely timeless depending on how it’s used.

We especially love it paired with warm woods, plaster, handmade tile and aged metals.

The best spaces aren't built around one statement piece. They're built through layers of materials that speak the same language.

Some stones are meant to quietly complement a space. Breccia Fantastica isn't one of them.

With a warm creamy ground and dramatic movement in charcoal, taupe, rust and soft brown, this marble has the presence of a piece of artwork - and no two applications will ever feel quite the same.

We especially love it used in large, uninterrupted applications where the natural movement of the stone can become part of the architecture: a full-height backsplash, statement wall, oversized island or carefully planned bookmatch.

Natural stone like this is also why slab selection and layout matter. Choosing the stone is only the beginning - understanding where that movement lands within the finished space can completely change the result.

Available to source through SquareFoot. Visit us in the showroom or explore more materials on our new website.

The Lighting Edit ✨

A few fixtures we’re loving lately.

Lighting is one of those details that can completely change the way a room feels. We love mixing sculptural shapes, warm metals and unexpected materials to add another layer of interest to a space.

The pieces don’t have to match - they just need to speak the same language.

And if you’re looking for the right fixture for your space, lighting is just one of the many things we can help source through SquareFoot Surfaces.

More than a showroom.

We love being a resource for our clients throughout the design process - whether that means finding the perfect tile, sourcing a countertop, selecting cabinetry and hardware, or helping pull all of those pieces together.

With so many materials and finishes to choose from, having everything in one place makes it easier to compare, layer and see how a space can come together.

Come browse, bring us your plans, or just bring an idea. We’re always happy to help.

STILL EXPLORING OUR OPTIONS…

OUR TAKE ON TERRA COTTA 🤎

Handcrafted near San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, each clay tile carries subtle variations in tone, shape and texture — the beauty of natural materials and the artisan’s hand.

Earthy, warm and perfectly imperfect. A timeless material with so much character.

The curves of Cotto: the Durango shape, seen here in the lightest Blanco, paired beautifully with Breccia Almeria marble. Thoughtful selections and small adjustments can keep the vision alive without letting the project get out of budget or sacrificing the vision. Let us help you curate your project.

Handmade tile, without the 8+ week wait.

One of the things we love most about Tabarka Studio is the unmistakable character of their handcrafted tile—subtle variation, hand-painted details, and patterns that make a space feel collected rather than manufactured.

And for projects working with a tighter timeline, we have good news.

Tabarka Studio has a selection of Quick Ship designs, offering the opportunity to incorporate their handmade, hand-painted tile without the typical 8+ week production lead time.

Quantities are limited and availability varies by pattern, so these are especially worth exploring for projects that need material sooner.

From soft, timeworn neutrals to Mediterranean-inspired motifs and rich hand-painted color, there are some beautiful options currently available.

Stop by SquareFoot Surfaces or reach out to explore current Quick Ship patterns, quantities, pricing, and samples.

Last appointment of the day—

The starting point? Gray marble that simply felt too cold.

Our client asked us to take the space somewhere warmer—classic and clean, but artsy, unconventional and with a European feel.

Enter warm oak cabinetry, Calacatta Gold and this incredible cement tile.

The rounded Arco shape feels artsy, architectural and slightly European-modern, while the cement keeps it imperfect and organic.

Warmer. More collected. And definitely less expected.

Here are our three renderings for review. Thoughts—which direction speaks to you?

Sometimes a space just needs one really interesting choice.

Ready to make your space feel a little less expected? Come see us and let’s find yours.
