Our DGS ALL girls Running Team this past Armed Forces Day run.

May 17th 2026, Armed Forces Day weekend, our team is honored to sponsor an all-women relay team participating in the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon in Corpus Christi 🇺🇸

This event is more than just a race — it’s a long-standing tradition dedicated to honoring the men and women who serve our country. As a women-owned construction company that proudly works alongside local municipalities and federal agencies, including ongoing projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Corpus Christi, supporting this event holds special meaning for our team.

We’re especially proud that 3 legs of the relay were completed by our own employees, representing the same dedication, teamwork, and perseverance they bring to our projects every day.

Thank you to all active duty service members, veterans, and military families for your service and sacrifice. We’re proud to be part of a community that continues to recognize and celebrate you.

Momentum continues to build on our latest athletic infrastructure project in Conroe, TX.

Projects like this don’t come together by chance—they’re built through careful planning, clear communication, and exceptional teamwork. A sincere thank you to our project managers, field crews, and trade partners for executing with precision every step of the way.

When everyone is aligned, challenging schedules become opportunities to deliver. The final reveal is coming soon!

Big news: DGS General Construction Group has been awarded the exterior repaint and repair project for Brookdale Trinity Towers — a 19-story high-rise located in downtown Corpus Christi. The scope includes a full exterior repaint along with plaster repairs across the building, all while the facility remains occupied and operating.

This project will call on our most experienced crews, utilizing swing stage and manlift operations at extreme heights, active traffic control planning, overhead fall protection systems, and full-time commercial project management oversight — all while navigating the high winds and coastal conditions that come with a waterfront high-rise. Safety and precision will be critical every step of the way.

We’re honored the Brookdale corporation trusted our team with a project of this scope, and we’re ready to get to work.
