From high pressure to proper flow!

This pool was equipped with a sand filter designed for an above ground pool, even though the system was serving an in ground pool. The result? The old filter was constantly running at high pressure, making it difficult for the system to operate as efficiently as it should.

We upgraded the system to a Hayward sand filter properly rated for an in-ground pool, giving the circulation system the capacity it needs to do its job.

✅ Upgraded from above-ground to in-ground rated filtration
✅ Corrected the consistently high filter pressure
✅ Restored the system to a much more ideal operating pressure
✅ Better-matched equipment for the pool’s circulation system

The right equipment makes a difference! Properly sizing your pool’s filtration system can improve circulation, filtration, and overall system performance.

Another plumbing upgrade by Blue Reef Pools!

We transformed this equipment pad with new PVC and fittings, removing unnecessary bends and fittings that were creating extra head pressure. The result? A cleaner, more streamlined plumbing system with improved water flow.

We also installed an inline chlorinator for easier, more consistent chlorine distribution. 🧪

✅ Easier chlorine maintenance
✅ More consistent sanitation
✅ Less hands-on chemical handling
✅ Conveniently integrated into the pool’s circulation system

Cleaner plumbing. Better flow. Easier pool care.

Another filter replacement by our pool pros!

Today, we replaced a filter that had a mysterious leak. After further investigation, we discovered the leak was coming from the bottom of the filter, where the fiberglass mold had separated at the seam.

Unfortunately, there was no reliable repair option and replacement was the best solution. Our team was able to find the right replacement filter at a reasonable cost, while still providing excellent filtration efficiency and proper system pressure. At Blue Reef Pools, we focus on finding the right solution for your pool without overcharging you for equipment you don’t need.
