Hurricane season is here.

I’m accepting 20 homes for my Hurricane Prep Priority List in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.

Priority clients receive first scheduling for:
• Hurricane shutter installation
• Window and door boarding
• Storm preparation services

A $250 deposit reserves your spot for the season and is applied toward labor when services are performed.

Once the list is full, enrollment closes.

Hiring: Skilled Jack of All Trades – Immediate Work

I’m looking for a solid, dependable jack of all trades to work alongside me. This is hands on work for someone who takes real pride in their craft, not just looking to collect a check.

Work includes:
• Fascia repair
• Staircase remodel
• Fireplace remodels
• Palm tree trimming
• Vinyl plank flooring installation
• Tile demo/install
• Painting
• General construction & repair work

What I expect:
• You own your tools and have reliable transportation
• You know how to work a job the right way, not the fast way
• You show up on time, work hard, and clean up after yourself
• You can work independently and still take direction
• You care about the finished product like it has your name on it

Pay:
• Starts at $18/hr
• After evaluation, pay moves to $20-$25/hr based on skill, reliability, and workmanship (Pay increase after completing three separate jobs in three different trades, done right the first time.)

This is temporary to start, but there is long-term work for the right person. If you’re good, consistent, and take pride in what you build and repair message me.
