Part 4: Country Creek Ranch Fence – Project Complete! 🤠

This project is officially finished, and we're proud of how it turned out.

The new three-rail split rail fence now wraps the property, the custom gates have been installed, the header and side posts are complete, and the entire entrance ties together beautifully. The homeowner is thrilled with the final result, and that's always our goal.

This project is entering its final stages.

The structural beam is installed, decorative cross beams and custom brackets have been added, and the new split rail fence is coming together exactly as planned. During this visit, we're taking the final measurements for the custom gates so fabrication can begin.

The homeowner also decided to expand the project by adding another section to the front of the property, giving us even more to show in the final reveal.

We're excited to bring you one last update once the gates are installed and the entire project is complete.

Part 2: Split Rail Fence Project Progress 🤠

We're back with another update from our split rail fence project in Corpus Christi.

The new three-rail split rail fence is now taking shape around the property. Structural beams have been installed and reinforced using custom-fabricated galvanized steel straps to provide long-term strength and stability.

Next on the schedule:

Part 1: New Split Rail Fence Project Begins 🤠

We're excited to begin another custom fencing project in the Corpus Christi area.

The homeowner's existing 54-inch split rail fence is being replaced with a new 48-inch three-rail fence to create a cleaner, more balanced appearance while maintaining the property's ranch-style character.

This project will also feature:
• A custom double gate entrance
• Heavy-duty 10x10 treated posts for maximum strength
• A revised gate layout to improve both aesthetics and functionality

Part 4: 650-Foot Chain Link Fence Project – Final Touches 🚧

We're in the final phase of this 650-foot chain link fence project.

Our crew is installing the privacy slats by hand, one panel at a time. Although pre-inserted slat wire was an option, it required a 6–8 week lead time, and this project had a strict 2-week completion schedule.

Sometimes meeting a deadline means choosing the more labor-intensive solution without compromising quality.

We're almost there, and we can't wait to show you the finished project in the final update.

Part 3: 650-Foot Chain Link Fence Project Progress 🚧

Another major milestone has been completed on this project.

The 650-foot chain link fence is fully installed, the automatic cantilever gate is operational, and the walk gate is nearly complete. In the final phase, we'll install the access keypads, add the privacy slats, and complete the finishing details before turning the project over to the client.

Part 2: 650-Foot Chain Link Fence Project Update 🚧

Construction is moving along nicely on this 650-foot chain link fence project.

The fence has now been fully framed and wired, the walk gate is being completed, and the cantilever sliding gate has been installed. In the next phase, we'll be installing the access keypads and making a final adjustment to lower the cantilever gate for optimal operation.

Every installation is carefully inspected and adjusted to ensure it performs exactly as intended.

Part 1: New 650-Foot Chain Link Fence Project 🚧

We're excited to kick off another fencing project!

This installation includes 650 feet of chain link fencing, a custom walk gate, and a cantilever sliding gate with an automatic operator. The project is expected to be completed within the next two weeks, and fabrication of one of the gates is already underway at our shop.

This is the first video in a multi-part series where we'll walk you through the entire process—from planning and installation to the finished project.

Ocelot Conservation Facility – Enclosure Planning Continues 🐆

As work progresses on the Ocelot Conservation Facility, we're taking a closer look at the next phase of the enclosure construction.

In this update, we explain the planned layout for the keeper corridor, feeding chutes, divider walls, ceilings, and the individual habitat pods that will be built in the coming stages.

The enclosure panels have already been installed, and we've identified a small adjustment that needs to be made by trimming them slightly to eliminate bowing and ensure a better final fit.

Heavy rain and muddy site conditions temporarily slowed the project, but we're adding more crew members to recover lost time and keep construction moving forward.

Building a specialized wildlife facility takes careful planning, constant refinement, and attention to every detail.
