The Tex-Mix Paving team had the privilege of replacing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' parking lot this week. 4" mill and pave done in two lifts came out perfect and the team killed it.

Thank you Associated Builders and Contractors Texas Coastal Bend RGV Council for putting on a great event!

The Tex-Mix Paving team, Asphalt Assassin's, took first place in the guided division with a 15.81 lb stringer as well as winning the calcutta.

Thanks again Capt Phil Ruhd for putting us on the fish! The guys had a blast and look forward to more winnings in the future.

Dodging the much needed rain showers in the area, our team just finished reconstructing a 3/4 mile long county road 1.5 hours from the nearest asphalt plant.

The final weekend of February was eventful for our organization and our affiliated partners. As a proud supporter of Friends of Padre, Tex-Mix Paving recently assisted with the Billy Sandifer Beach Clean up then took part in a charity bowling tournament organized by JM Davidson, benefiting Shriners Children's Hospital, where our team won second place.

North Beach is getting some major improvements, starting with a new parking lot for Dolphin Park just in time for spring break.
