A LEGEND IN THE INDUSTRY.

Fred Erdtsieck has made a lasting impact on the plastering industry, helping shape not only the work we do, but the opportunities this trade creates for so many people and their families.

His experience, dedication, and passion for the industry represent what it takes to build something that lasts. Beyond the projects and craftsmanship, it’s the people, the relationships, and the generations of hardworking families who make this industry special.

At Trencore Plastering and Brix Masonry, we recognize the people who continue to shape our industry and inspire the next generation.

Because the true measure of success isn’t just what you build. It’s the people you impact along the way.

Absolutely. Here’s the revised version emphasizing that this was your first event:

We were proud to host our first private Huntington Beach Pacific Airshow Chalet event, bringing together our teams, partners, and the people we collaborate with throughout the year.

It was a great opportunity to step away from the jobsite, connect outside of work, and celebrate the relationships that help make our projects and partnerships successful.

A special shoutout to RC Wendt for co-hosting this year’s event with us. We truly appreciate the partnership and the opportunity to bring our teams together for an unforgettable experience.

At Trencore & Brix, we believe collaboration goes beyond the work we do. It’s about building strong relationships, creating meaningful connections, and growing together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first Pacific Airshow Chalet event a success.

The work speaks. The results show.

Every project is built on the skill, dedication, and teamwork of the people in the field. At Trencore Plastering and Brix Masonry, we take pride in going beyond what’s expected and delivering quality work from the ground up.

At Trencore and Brix, precision is not just a goal. It is the standard behind everything we build.

Every laser line we cast, every chalk line we snap, every brick we place, and every corner we finish is carefully measured to ensure it is level, plumb, and built to last. That commitment to accuracy goes beyond the jobsite. It is reflected in every detail we deliver and every commitment we make to our clients.

As a multi generational family business, we understand that exceptional projects are built on a foundation of consistency, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. We believe excellence comes from mastering the fundamentals and maintaining the highest standards on every project, no matter the size or scope.

Quality construction is not achieved by chance. It is the result of discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way from the very beginning. When every element is aligned, the outcome is a home that stands the test of time.

Great projects are built through great collaboration.

As the stucco subcontractor for the Together California project in Palmdale, we’re proud to have played a part in bringing this important vision to life. Our team worked alongside the project partners to deliver quality stucco work with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistency our customers expect from Trencore.

As a company, our work is guided by our core values of hard work, resilience, trust, compassion, craftsmanship, and operational excellence. These values shape how we show up in the field and how we build relationships with our partners.

Our mission is simple: take pride in what we provide, go beyond what’s expected, and build work that creates lasting value. Shout out to Christian Bale for this amazing project ✅

Proud of our field team and grateful to everyone who collaborated with us on a project that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Pride in what we provide. Beyond what’s expected.

Safety is more than a requirement, it’s built into how we work. 🦺

Those scaffold nets you see on our jobsites serve an important purpose.

They help contain falling debris, tools, and construction materials, while also helping control dust and particles and providing an added layer of protection for workers, pedestrians, and surrounding areas.

Every detail on a jobsite matters. From our scaffolding systems to the protective measures surrounding them, our teams take the necessary steps to create safer, more controlled working environments.

Because at Trencore & Brix, we believe in doing more than what’s required.

Safety, beyond what’s expected.
