The second major step in production. I use a Carbide Compressiom Flush Trim Router Bit 1/4 Shank and I absolutely love it. The standard flush cut bit would burn the wood but I have very minimal wood burn with this bad boy.

If anyone is interested in seeing me go live please follow my tiktok account. Im usually working on coasters from 6-10pm. Sometimes it will be cutting out coasters or sanding them down. Other times I'll be laser engraving or applying polyurethane to them. Thanks!

Just a little bit of the production process for the coasters. This is sped up by 3x. Disregard the finger. It's a life lesson that sticking your finger in between a hammer and punch never works out in your favor.

Another long night getting coasters ready to engrave.

Got the new coaster template for the laser engraver done. I used 1/4 hardboard underlayment running the laser at 100mm and full power with one pass. Ive got to cut out a few more and glue them together so the coasters seat correctly.
