There is no shortage of flowers this week cut for the Corning's Gaffer District Corning Farmers Market! The rain and mild temps brought a rebirth of blooms! The Dahlias, Zinnias, Marigolds and fillers are poppin! Looks like I’ll literally have my hands full for the rest of the day 😉 It’s not too late to enjoy the fresh bounty of “Summer-like” blooms! Apparently my phone just needed a quick detoxing because the camera is focusing and functioning once again 😂 As a result I give you lots of luscious fall flowering colors to enjoy! Come down to the Corning's Gaffer District Corning Farmers market today to bring one home for yourself to enjoy all week long! So you’re just gonna have to take my word for it, that these are beautiful flowers that I’ll be bringing to the Corning's Gaffer District Corning Farmers Market 🤣 Unfortunately when I dropped my phone the other day I must have busted the focus ability in my phone camera 😢 Super bummer, hoping no other issues will come of it anytime soon (just incase use venmo or cash to pay). I hope you will visit and snag one of these “most likely” last bouquets of the season! Sorry for the false statement last week, I was pretty sure they’d get toasted in a frost, but we lucked out 🎉 A bouquet of Dahlias and Zinnias and other superstar flowers, will look beautiful with your Fall decor and pumpkin display this holiday weekend 🍃🌺🎃🌸🌿

Well I’m giving it that old college try! Been going since February so why give up now😅 The frost cloth is out, but we shall see if it gets cold enough to wipe out the Zinnias tonight. At this point I’m feeling pretty lucky to have been harvesting Dahlias all week. I cut as many Zinnia’s as I could in the morning fog and misty spiderwebs 🕸️ I feel a bit like the girl who cried wolf, seeing that I will definitely have some flowers to share this Thursday at the Corning Farmers Market.
We’ve been making headway though, finishing up pulling all the tomatoes, and piles of peppers and green beans, and starting to clear away veggie plants. October is always a busy month with lots of Fall cleanup and Spring prep, and I’m not a huge fan of working with numb fingers. I have a feeling the Dahlias will be ok and the future forecast looks like it’s making another warmer trend next week☀️stay tuned to see what tomorrow brings!

It’s Market day in Corning! Today will most likely be the last week for big, beautiful, fragrant mixed bouquets for the season! Last Call (maybe) for fresh flower bouquets🎉 It’s looking like we are nearing the end with nights in the 30’s next week, the flowers are starting to slow a wee bit already. The bees were fighting me every step of the way in harvesting and building them, they just can’t get enough 🌻🐝I’ll have a dozen bouquets coming with me to the Corning's Gaffer District Corning Farmers Market tomorrow, first come first served so come early 💐😁🫶 Large mixes of Dahlias, Sunnies, Zinnias and lots of fragrant fillers!

Don’t forget! It’s a huge flower week for me after missing two weeks at the Market! I have lots of large bouquets available with mixes of Dahlias and Zinnias (with all the fixings), and then some slightly smaller mixes with Dahlias and fillers. I even made a handful of minis! I’m sad to say we are nearing the end of our fresh flower season, so don’t delay, cuz ya just never know 🤷‍♀️ Hope to see all the smiling faces I have missed 😁 Tomorrow Thursday 10-2 Corning's Gaffer District Corning Farmers Market 🌞 gonna be a bright sun shining day!

I will be back at the Corning Farmers Market this Thursday with mixed bunches and possibly straight dahlia mixes. You can also preorder a bouquet to pickup at the market!
