Project Spotlight: Locker Room Renovation

Our Houston Division completed a decorative MMA flake flooring installation as part of a locker room renovation project.

The scope went beyond installing a new flooring system. Our team removed the existing tile, addressed slope-to-drain conditions, prepared the substrate, and installed a seamless MMA flake system designed for durability, cleanability, and long-term performance.

MMA flooring is a strong option for projects with accelerated schedules or limited downtime. Its fast cure time allows spaces to return to service quickly while still providing a seamless, durable finish for high-traffic areas.

A finished flake floor is easy to appreciate, but the details behind it are what make it perform.

This project included multiple rooms and phases, with showers and scrub rooms that required cove base, slope-to-drain details, and careful sequencing from start to finish.
