Hey Lewisville folks, the city is running a grant program to help beautify the town. As a Lewisville Home Town Native, we think it's a pretty awesome way to help it's residents

The Property Enhancement Program (PEP) is now open starting today, Monday, April 6.
This program helps Lewisville homeowners improve the exterior of their homes with a 50% matching grant-rebate on eligible projects, up to a set maximum.
Applications must be submitted and approved before your project begins, completed projects are not eligible.
