From a bare site to a new home for hundreds of students, Aspen Ridge Elementary School is officially complete. This ground-up project in Maple Grove included a new elementary school, a shared city and school district baseball field, and a restroom building. As one of the largest projects in Ebert Companies' history, Aspen Ridge marks an important milestone for our team and a lasting investment in the community. Thank you to Osseo Area Schools, our project partners, and the many trade contractors and suppliers who helped bring this project to life.

We’re excited to share that Granite Works phase III has broken ground in Delano, MN. This final phase of the Granite Works planned unit development will feature a 108,000+ square foot, 72-unit apartment building located on the northern parcel of the site. Designed to help meet the increasing renter demand, the project will offer a blend of quality, comfort, and convenience. Future residents can expect high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances, along with flexible parking options such as surface stalls and enclosed garage spaces. We’re looking forward to getting underway and completing the final phase of this development!

Dakota County Wentworth Library is celebrating its grand reopening! This project, which we had the opportunity to work on, involved a complete interior transformation. This included the relocation of restrooms, upgraded finishes throughout, new office spaces, and the creation of a unique children’s area. The renovation contributes to a broader refresh of the library, introducing modern, accessible spaces to better help serve the community for years to come. We appreciate the collaboration and effort from all partners involved and are proud to help deliver an updated space that will benefit residents across Dakota County!

Please join us this Wednesday, May 6 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. for our reopening community celebration of the Wentworth Library!
