Dakota County Wentworth Library is celebrating its grand reopening! This project, which we had the opportunity to work on, involved a complete interior transformation. This included the relocation of restrooms, upgraded finishes throughout, new office spaces, and the creation of a unique children’s area. The renovation contributes to a broader refresh of the library, introducing modern, accessible spaces to better help serve the community for years to come. We appreciate the collaboration and effort from all partners involved and are proud to help deliver an updated space that will benefit residents across Dakota County!

Our Maple Grove New Elementary School project continues to make great progress! We’re excited to share that the new school is now officially named Aspen Ridge Elementary School.
Drywall and gypsum board installation is nearing completion, and interior finishes are officially underway, along with work on the kitchen and mechanical rooms. In addition to the school, we’re also constructing a new city/school district baseball field and restroom building on site. Be sure to check out our latest drone video to see the progress from above!

It’s always exciting to see a project we worked on get featured! The Minneapolis Graco Park project was recently featured by Global Design News, highlighting its energy-saving technologies and strong focus on environmental impact. The new building and plaza, along with tree-lined promenades, help support long-term sustainability and creates a welcoming space for the community!

This ground-up multi-purpose building and newly-developed landscape at Graco Park in Minneapolis, situated along the banks of the Mississippi River, reflects a process of interdisciplinary collaboration and sustainable design.

We recently completed a multifamily project in Farmington, MN, the Denmark Trail Townhomes! This new 40-unit townhome community was designed with families in mind, featuring a playground, gazebo picnic area, basketball play area, and plenty of green space for residents to enjoy. Denmark Trail marks the second CDA workforce housing development in Farmington. We are proud to contribute to another great housing option to the Farmington community!

We’re delighted to share that final touches are underway at our latest development in the heart of New Prague, The Bohemia Flats, and residents are able to start moving in today! Located within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants, Bohemia Flats offers the perfect setting to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer, especially during these beautiful upcoming fall days. Residents will enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including a welcoming main floor lobby, clubroom with coffee bar, fitness center, pet spa, outdoor grilling stations, and a rooftop clubroom with an outdoor terrace. We’re looking forward to celebrating the completion of this exciting project with a grand opening this weekend! We can’t wait for the community to see how beautifully everything has come together.

We are thrilled to highlight the completion of one of our latest projects with NutriDyn in Maple Plain, MN! This is a new 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition, located right off Hwy 12, that now provides the company with much-needed on-site storage for their growing supply needs. In addition to the warehouse expansion, we also completed an interior renovation of the existing facility, enhancing both functionality and appearance. We are proud to support NutriDyn as they continue to grow, empower others through their knowledge, and deliver excellence to their customers every step of the way!

We’ve been hard at work on another exciting school project, the Jefferson High School and Kennedy High School Stadium Improvement Project. All summer long, our crews have been building new stadiums that will give students the opportunity to practice and play right on their own campuses. These upgrades are a meaningful investment into student athletics and school spirit. A major win for the athletes, families, and the broader community. We are eager to see how these new stadiums will bring people together and help support the students for years to come!

We’re excited to share an update on the progress of our Maple Grove New Elementary School project, which is now underway! While construction is still in the early phases, work is progressing well. The new 39,000-square-foot, two-story building will be able to accommodate up to 1,100 students, helping to meet the needs of this rapidly growing community. We’re proud to be part of bringing this important project to life and investing in the future of education. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building for a better tomorrow!

A recent project of ours, the Northfield Transit Hub is wrapping up! This project consisted of connecting a brand-new transit hub to the Historic Northfield Depot, creating a vital link for local and regional buses, as well as other transportation options. This site is now a key connection and transfer point in the city, and we’re proud to have played a part in enhancing mobility for the Northfield community. We can’t wait for everyone to start utilizing and enjoying the new space!
