I am to get started running power for the big ass fan Monday. Should take about 3-days. Than the low voltage. Which is a lot more involved. Running the pipe for the low voltage should take about 2-days, wire 1 1/2-days, Than all the devices that go with it.

Did a 200 amp panel change. From old Zinnco to Square D (QO). I also put in three GFIC outlets. Because they were not protected.

Started another remodel in Miami Beach, on Alton road again. Wow they really built house back in the day. 13" thick solid concrete walls. I only have 10"& 12" bits. Guess I have to invest in at least one or two bits. Pics are coming.
