Ground has been broken for our new Police Building addition to Copper Canyon Town Hall. The project includes a new facility for the Police Department, new parking for the expanded Town Hall complex and signage. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2024. One of our recent projects is redevelopment of a prime corner in Old Town Coppell. The project will include six mixed use buildings in scale with the neighborhood. The buildings will be commercial office and retail on the first floor and residential on the second. GPF is proud to be the Architect of Record on this exciting project.
